non-voting share (stock) "безголосая" (неголосующая) акция: акция, которая не дает права голоса на общем собрании акционеров, но в остальном ничем не отличается от обыкновенных акций; такие акции выпускаются для мобилизации капитала с сохранением контроля за компанией со стороны уже имеющихся акционеров (это главным образом привилегированные акции); см. voting stock;
